The reception at the Broadmeadow Caravan Park requires a minimum of 1 days advance notice each time you are planning to occupy your seasonal pitch. Please report to reception at the start of each visit. |

The pitch is offered on a seasonal basis only. |
c) |
Broadmeadow Caravan Park must hold a copy of your insurance policy, which shows Public Liability over of AT LEAST TWO MILLION POUNDS before the tourer can be sited on the park. |
d) |
Upon booking, you will be issued with a copy of the Site Rules, these must be adhered to at all times. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement should these Rules not be adhered to. |
e) |
In the case of an emergency Broadmeadow Caravan Park has the right to re site the tourers if necessary. |
f) |
Awnings are permitted, but are to be left at the owners’ responsibility. |
g) |
Groundsheets should be of the breathable variety, and should be lifted at regular intervals to maintain the condition of the grass. |
h) |
For safety reasons, only gas bottles that fit within the unit gas locker will be permitted. |
i) |
Only one vehicle may be parked on the site in conjunction with the use of the unit. Commercial vehicles are not accepted on the park. |
j) |
Broadmeadow Caravan Park accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any description. |

The season: 2012 dates to be confirmed |
l) |
The seasonal fee is payable in advance and as advertised includes VAT and Electric Hook Up, by March 2012 in FULL. |
m) |
Termination – Where the caravan owner seeks to terminate the agreement the fee paid will be refunded on the following scale: Termination of the agreement must be notified in writing. |

Termination before the end of June 2012 = 40% repayment
Termination after the end of June 2012 = No repayment

n) |
Electricity will be turned off when the unit is not in use. |

No Subletting. |
p) |
Max 2 persons per caravan (additional guests must be pre arranged and supplemental fees will apply) |
q) |
Please note that it may be necessary to move the caravan to an alternative pitch within a 28 day period between May to the end of September. |
